Both gift cards may be redeemed at any store in the Pyramid portfolio where American Express is accepted.

Where can I use my Pyramid Gift Card?

The Gift Card may be used at merchants and retailers in the U.S. that accept American Express® Cards. The Card cannot be used at cruise lines, casinos, ATM's or for any recurring charges (such as monthly bill payments or subscriptions).

How do I find the available balance on my Gift Card?

The original balance should be indicated on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at:

Can the Gift Card be combined with other forms of payment?

Yes. If there are insufficient funds left on the Gift Card and the Cardholder wishes to use the Gift Card to purchase an item for more than the available funds, depending on the merchant's policy, the Cardholder may be able to use the Gift Card toward a portion of the final purchase price, and then use another form of payment to pay the balance of the final purchase price. Please review the Cardholder Agreement for more details.

Do restaurants and salons accept the Gift Card?

Restaurants, hair salons and some other types of Merchants will obtain an authorization on the Card for an amount up to 20% more than the total service bill to cover any gratuity that may be added. Be sure that the balance on the Card is sufficient to cover the cost of the bill plus any anticipated gratuity. If the Card is declined, ask the Merchant to obtain an authorization for an amount equal to or less than the available balance.

Can the Card be used to make internet purchases?

Yes, you can use the Card to make a purchase over the internet or by mail-order. However, some internet and mail-order Merchants do not permit a second form of payment. Please review the Cardholder Agreement for more details.

How do I return something purchased with my Gift Card?

Keep your purchase receipt and Gift Card in case you wish to make a return. Return policies vary at every store. Please inquire about the return or exchange policy when making your purchase. If the merchant issues a credit to the Gift Card, these funds may not be available for up to 7 business days.

What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Keep your original receipt and a copy of your Gift Card number in case of loss or theft. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at the Customer Service number or visit your nearest Pyramid Shopping Center Customer Service Center for a replacement. There is no fee to replace a lost or stolen gift card. Funds debited from a lost or stolen Gift Card prior to our receipt of your notification cannot be replaced. Does my Gift Card expire?

The Gift Card funds do not expire. However, the "valid thru" date on the front of the Gift Card is the date through which your physical plastic Card must be used. Even if the "valid thru" date has passed, the available balance remains unchanged. Visit the Customer Service Desk in your nearest Pyramid Shopping Center for a free replacement Card.

Are there any fees charged to the Card after purchase?

No, this Card has NO FEES AFTER THE $2.95 PURCHASE FEE (including dormancy, service or other fees).

What denominations do the Gift Cards come in?

Pyramid Gift Cards can be loaded with any denomination ranging from $20 to $500.
