Children’s Trick or Treating will be held throughout the mall from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31st! Candy and other treats will be offered at participating stores. Simply look for the “We Have Candy” signs posted in store windows. Non-profit organizations including The Girl Scouts, Kiwanis Club of Glens Falls, Behavioral Health Services North Country Therapeutic Foster Care, Southern Adirondack Independent Living and more will also be handing out goodies and candy.
In addition to trick or treating, All Abilities Productions will have a haunted house in their space (across from Peter Harris). Tickets for the AAP Haunted House are on sale now at onthestage.com. All tickets are general admission and are priced at five dollars. All proceeds will go towards supporting All Abilities Productions, a non-profit organization that provides educational programs, such as all-inclusive dance programs, playwriting classes, improv acting classes, at therapy an more. Their mission is to form a community that includes and accepts people from all walks of life regardless of disability.
Children’s Costume Contests will be held near JCPenney at the following times: Ages up to 4 years at 5:30 pm, Ages 5 to 8 years at 6 pm and Ages 9 to 12 years at 6:30 pm. Prizes from mall merchants will be awarded in each category.
This event is free and open to the public.
