On Saturday, September 9th from 11 am to Noon, JCPenney will be hosting a Kids Zone event in front of their store. Children can design their own football pennant. This craft includes a pennant and crayons. They’ll also get a free ID badge, lanyard, collector’s pin, an a master medallion once they complete six crafts. All necessary materials are provided.
