QUEENSBURY, NY – Aviation Mall will be hosting a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on Friday, July 22 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. across from Bath & Body Works.
Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. It is essential for surgeries, cancer treatment, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. Whether a patient receives whole blood, red cells, platelets or plasma, this lifesaving care starts with one person making a generous donation.
When donors come to this blood drive, they’ll get a Shark Week T-Shirt, while supplies last. Plus, they will be entered for a chance to win an exclusive Shark Week merchandise package from Discovery which includes a bike, fire pit, paddle board, kayak, and a $500 gift card for tons of outdoor adventures.
