The Gym is now open at Aviation Mall in the former TJ Maxx space. The space is approximately 26,000 square feet and is fully equipped. Ryan Holderman, owner of The Gym, has more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and graduated with honors from the National Personal Trainers’ Institute.
The Gym has numerous personal trainers and strength coaches, as well as a physical therapist on site. They specialize in small group classes, personal training, sports training, and student athlete training. Their supportive and compassionate trainers are dedicated to helping their clients reach their goals, whatever their experience or fitness level may be. The Gym’s mission is to assist their clients in building healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
